Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity. 50% refund for cancellations within 24 hours. No refund for no-shows.
If we cancel for weather or sea conditions, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule - your choice.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
If you do not pass the on-site safety or medical screening on arrival, you receive a full refund with no fee. If the guide stops the activity on safety grounds after you have entered the water, you receive a full refund.
Boat transfers, island entry tickets and permits bought on your behalf are refunded only where they have not already been issued.
